We cannot ship merchandise C.O.D., or "payment on approval." If you wish to see actual samples before ordering, if your location permits you to travel easily to our shops, please call us and let us know when you'd like to visit. Let us know what you'd like to see and we'll be pleased to have samples readily available. (Naturally, you may order any of our stock items as a sample to evaluate size, quality and appropriateness.)

SALES TAX:
We are required to collect sales tax for orders from both Pennsylvania and New York. Please include the appropriate amount of tax due.

We ship U.P.S. whenever possible. Please include your street address or the address and the name of the person, store, contractor, etc., you have authorized to accept your shipment.

RETURNS:
Should you receive an item with a defect in our workmanship or material, please, first accept our apology for any inconvenience while a replacement item is sent to you. Please call our Customer Service Representative for a Return Authorization before returning defective merchandise. No returns are accepted without a return authorization.
