When you call, please be advised that we do not have voice mail or endless commercial messages, just real people. Occasionally, if our phones are particularly busy, or if you have a technical question beyond the skills of our customer service staff, we may take your name and number and ask to call you back. We always try to return your call as quickly as possible.

We try to expedite your order and answer your questions in a friendly, intelligent manner.

All Orders

All orders require a fifty percent non-refundable deposit. This deposit may be paid by personal or company check, wire transfer, or it may be charged to your Mastercard, Visa or Discover. International orders and orders over $10,000.00 may be subject to different terms and payment methods..

The balance of your order must be paid by wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard or Discover at the time of shipment. Personal or business checks will only be accepted for final payment but are subject to a collection delay.

Sales Tax

Sales Taxes must be charged to all Pennsylvania customers and on orders picked up at our facility in Milford, Pennsylvania.

Telephone Orders

Telephone orders are accepted from 9:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. EST, Monday – Thursday at 1-800-442-4766 or 1-570-296-7722. We will be happy to process your order and get your Capital Crestings underway. As above however, we still need to receive your completed style sheet by mail prior to your order being shipped.

Samples, Exchanges, Warranty & Returns

Representative samples (which are not full panels) of all Capital Cresting styles are available for a charge of $35.00 per sample plus shipping. The charge for samples is applied as a credit to your order for Capital Crestings if you place an order within 60 days. Accordingly, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for orders. Of course, we will, upon timely notice, replace any merchandise which is defective in materials or workmanship. No other warranty is expressed or implied. All damages other than replacement of defective merchandise are excluded, including consequential damage or loss.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped within two weeks of receipt.

Depending on the size and weight of your order, we will ship it by Federal Express or one of several common carriers.

Damages in transit are the responsibility of the carrier, so in the unlikely event you should receive a damaged shipment, save all packing materials and notify the carrier promptly.

PLEASE NOTE that we frequently ship from Pennsylvania to California, Washington, Oregon, and Hawaii and have yet to experience a problem in shipping.

Custom Designs, Sizing & Pricing

We are frequently asked to reproduce crestings that you may already have. This can be done quite economically from an existing original, a tracing of that original, or if neither of those are available, from a clear head-on photograph.

Another frequent request is for one of our “stock” designs in this brochure, but at a different height. This is very easily done.

If one of our Capital Cresting designs doesn’t meet your needs, please inquire about a custom or customized product. The pricing is more reasonable than you might think!
